Where do you ship?

We ship Australia wide. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this point in time.


How much is delivery?

Postage is $14.95 for all gift boxes.
Overnight or Express Postage will incur a $19.95 surcharge; just simply select
Express Post Shipping when checking out.


Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we are happy to ship your gift box to any PO Box in Australia. 


Can you deliver to a business?

Certainly can. Our courier can deliver to businesses Monday - Friday, during business hours.


I'm concerned about the gift box being damaged in transit.

Each product is packed snuggly within the wood wool to eliminate movement during transit. Every gift box is then packed in its own transit box to ensure your gift box arrives as intended, beautifully presented and undamaged. 


When will my order be delivered?

Gifting Hero will prepare your gift box upon receiving the completed order and will dispatch same day if ordered before 2pm AEST.


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming the tracking number for your peace of mind.


Although we dispatch your order in record time, on occasion our couriers do experience unforeseen delays. Please be mindful of the shipping delays due to COVID-19 and the excess shipments couriers are experiencing across Australia.


All deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday.  We are unable to deliver on Public Holidays.  


Who will deliver the gift?

We work with several reliable carriers, depending on where you're located. We have a team that specialises in getting the gift to you as quickly as possible so you'll receive a timely delivery from our chosen carrier. 


What if no-one is available to accept the delivery?

We suggest you leave clear delivery instructions, such as "Leave by the front door" or

"Leave by the garage to the left of the house". 

If an order needs to be redelivered as a result of an incorrect address, any additional delivery fees will be passed on to the customer.

Gifting Hero is not liable for any loss or damage arising after delivery has taken place.  This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to an unattended address where the recipient has granted permission to leave the goods unattended.


How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to cancel the order for you and issue a refund. 

Please note postage is non-refundable.
